Bio sketch: Ling Liu is a Professor in the School of Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology. She directs the research programs in the Distributed Data Intensive Systems Lab (DiSL), examining various aspects of large scale big data-powered artificial intelligence (AI) systems, and machine learning (ML) algorithms and analytics, including performance, availability, privacy, security and trust. Prof. Liu is an elected IEEE Fellow, a recipient of IEEE Computer Society Technical Achievement Award (2012), and a recipient of the best paper award from numerous top venues, including IEEE ICDCS, WWW, ACM/IEEE CCGrid, IEEE Cloud, IEEE ICWS. Prof. Liu served on editorial board of over a dozen international journals, including the editor in chief of IEEE Transactions on Service Computing (2013-2016) and currently, the editor in chief of ACM Transactions on Internet Computing (TOIT). Prof. Liu is a frequent keynote speaker in top-tier venues in Big Data, AI and ML systems and applications, Cloud Computing, Services Computing, Privacy, Security and Trust. Her current research is primarily supported by USA National Science Foundation under CISE programs and IBM.

Bio sketch: Koichi Asatani received his B.E.E.E., M.E.E.E. and Ph. D. degrees from Kyoto University in 1969, 1971 and 1974, respectively. From 1974 to 1997, he was with NTT and engaged in R&D on optical fiber communication systems, hi-definition video transmission systems, FTTH, ISDN, B-ISDN, ATM networks, IP Networks and their strategic planning. From 1997 to 2014, he served as Professor at Kogakuin University. From 1999 to 2012, he was with Graduate School of Global Information and Telecommunication, Waseda University as Visiting Professor. He was Chair Professor, Nankai University, Tianjin, China for 2014-2018. He is currently Professor, Shanghai University, China, and also Professor Emeritus, Kogakuin University. He is Life Fellow of IEEE and Life Fellow of IEICE. He was appointed as Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE ComSoc for 2006-2008, 2011-2012, and 2013-2014. He is Ex-Chair and Advisory Board Member of IEEE ComSoc TC on Communication Quality and Reliability (CQR-TC), Feature Editor on Standards (1993-1999), Senior Technical Editor (1999-2005) of IEEE Communications Magazine. From 1988 through 2000, he served as Vice-Chair of ITU-T SG 13, and Chair of a Working Party of SG13, responsible for digital networks including GII, IP networks, NGN and Future Networks. He served as Chair for National Committee on Next Generation Networks in Japan. He also served as Chair, R&D and Standardizations Working Group, Next Generation IP Network Promotion Forum. He served as IEEE ComSoc Director, Membership Programs Development for 2014-2015. He served as Chair, IEEE ComSoc GIMS Committee for 2018-2019, and is IEEE ComSoc Fellow Evaluation Committee member for 2019-2021. He is serving as a Member at Large of Board of Governors, IEEE ComSoc. He also has been serving as a Board member, IEICE, and Chair, IEICE Standards Activities since 2014. He served as various positions of numerous IEEE conferences, including General Chair of International CQR Workshop 1994, General Chair of International Symposium of Interworking 96, General Chair of SIIT2009, Symposium Co-Chair of Communications QoS, Reliability and Performance Modelling Symposium at ICC and Globecom (2002-2004), which he founded in 2002. He was Executive Chair at ICC2011 in Kyoto, Tutorial Co-Chair at ICC2016, and General Co-Chair at IEEE 5G Summits Tianjin (2016) and Tokyo (2017).

Bio sketch: Qingfu Zhang is Chair Professor of Computational Intelligence at the Department of Computer Science, City University of Hong Kong. His main research interests include evolutionary computation, optimization, neural networks, data analysis, and their applications. Professor Zhang is an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation and the IEEE Transactions Cybernetics. MOEA/D, a multiobjective optimization algorithm developed by him and his students, is one of the two most used multiobjective optimization framework. He was awarded the 2010 IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation Outstanding Paper Award. He has been in the list of SCI highly cited researchers for five consecutive years, from 2016 to 2020. He is an IEEE fellow.

Bio sketch: Xizheng Ke, Ph.D., Second-level Professor, head of information and communication system discipline of Xi'an University of Technology, deputy director of Shaanxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Intelligent Cooperative Network Military-civilian Joint Construction. Famous Teaching Teacher of Shaanxi Province, Fellow of Chinese Institute of Electronics, Director of Chinese Optical Engineering Society, Standing Director of Shaanxi Optical Society. He received his bachelor's degree from Shaanxi Institute of Technology in 1983 and his Ph.D. degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1996. From 1997 to 2002, he did post-doctoral research in Xidian University and the Second Artillery Engineering Institute. He is an editorial board member of "Journal of Electronics", "Infrared and Laser Engineering", "Journal of Electronic Measurement and Instruments", "Laser Technology", "Applied Optics", "Journal of Xi'an University of Technology", Editorial Board Member of Journal of Time and Frequency, Editorial Board Member of National Science and Technology Awards Review Expert of "Journal of Atmospheric Science Research", Member of Subject Review Group of Shaanxi Provincial Academic Degrees Committee. He won the Outstanding Young Scholar Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2000, and he was awarded the title of "Excellent Science and Technology Commissioner of Guangdong Province of the Ministry of Education of the Ministry of Science and Technology" in 2009. Also, he won the title of “Leader of Green Yang Jinfeng” in Yangzhou City in 2015, the China Industry-University-Research Innovation Award in 2018, the second prize of China Industry-University-Research Innovation Achievement in 2019 and the title of "Excellent Scientific and Technological Worker of Chinese Institute of Electronics" in 2020. Since 2001, he has won 16 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, including 1 first-class prize and 5 second-class prizes. He has obtained more than 20 national authorized invention patents, published 9 monographs in Science Press, and more than 400 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals with citation H index 37 and G index 61. Till now, more than 30 doctoral students have been cultivated under his direction.
